Internal units = stock quantity × pieces per box for box products; for other selling units, internal units equal stock quantity. Margin shown here is estimated using discounted selling price minus cost, before shop overheads.
Record offline sale
Use this for shop-counter sales. Products are selected from the existing catalogue and stock is deducted when the sale is saved.
Customer orders
Stock is deducted when an order request is recorded. Confirm only after the customer contacts you. Cancelling a pending/confirmed order restores its reserved quantities; do not cancel an order if you already fulfilled it without checking inventory.

Important
Do not add your Supabase service-role key to this website. Order requests are stored in Supabase and stock is reserved atomically before WhatsApp opens. The customer must still press Send in WhatsApp. Orders remain pending until you confirm them. Cancelling an order restores stock. No online payment is taken.
